Who we are 👋
Royal Pharoa is a small home-based Sphynx cattery in North Tampa / Lutz, Tampa, FL, owned and operated by Angela Landis. The cattery is registered with the International Cat Fanciers' Association as ICFA Registered Cattery No. 3975. This website is run by the cattery itself. It is not a marketplace, a broker, or a shipping service.
Angela raises every litter personally in her own home and meets every buyer in person before a kitten is reserved. The data controller for this website is Angela Landis, North Tampa / Lutz, Tampa, FL.
What we collect 📥
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to leave one, the kitten you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else. We do not ask for payment details, identification documents, or account passwords anywhere on this website, and we never will.
Why we collect it 💬
So we can reply to you and arrange a visit. That is the only reason. Your phone number lets us text you back, your email lets us reply by email, and your message tells us which kitten you are interested in.
What we never do 🚫
- We never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We never add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We never share your details with other breeders or third parties.
- We never ask for money, deposits or personal documents before you have visited us in person.
Where your message goes 📬
Your message is stored on this website's own server and emailed to the cattery so we see it quickly. The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message purely to deliver it to our inbox.
How long we keep it 🗓️
We keep inquiries while we are talking with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about a future litter. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will do it.
Cookies and tracking 🍪
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It tells us things like "42 people opened the care guide this week", not who you are. We use it to understand whether our pages are useful, nothing more.
We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or profiling of visitors on this site. Besides Google Analytics, the only outside resource the pages load is Google Fonts for typography. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection.
Your choices ✋
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just send a message through the contact form and say so. We will confirm once it is done.
Children 🧒
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy 📝
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
